Payment
Is my payment secure and what type of payments do you accept?
We use a fully secure Stripe payment system and accept all major credit and debit cards.
Shipping / Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within Ireland. Your order will be shipped by registered post with An Post (Irish postal service) and will require a signature on arrival.
What does shipping cost outside Ireland?
Shipping to anywhere in the EU costs €10 and €15 to the rest of the world.
Please note that international orders outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes or duties and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are subject to availability. If the piece is in stock, then the order will be shipped right away. If the piece is out of stock, we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.
As each piece is handcrafted it can take up to 3 weeks for some pieces to be made. Please allow up to 4 weeks for customised pieces or resizing of rings.
All items are packaged in a beautiful contemporary box and gift bag.
Approximately how long will delivery* take?
Ireland: 3-5 working days
Europe: 8-10 working days
Rest of World: 8-12 working days

Returns
Can I return my item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days and we will offer a refund to the original form of payment or offer a replacement item.
The Item you are returning must be returned unworn/unused in its original condition and in its original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement on customised pieces.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Ring Sizes
I want to purchase a ring. How do I know if it will fit me?
Most of our rings are made in size N. If you require a size other than size N, please email us and we will let you know if the specific ring you require can be resized or re-made.
Please note this will be a customisation so depending on the ring, it can take 3-4 weeks to make.
